HB 998 HD2 (HSCR960)	RELATING TO HOTEL CONSTRUCTION AND REMODELING TAX CREDIT. Extends and revises the hotel construction and remodeling tax credit to % on 7/1/05, % on 7/1/09 and repeals the tax credit on 7/1/12; removes time share facilities, condominiums, and commercial buildings and facilities located within a qualified resort area from the definition of "qualified hotel facility"; includes recapture provisions in the event a qualified hotel facility is converted, or is being converted, to a time share facility or condominium. HB 835 HD2 (HSCR822)	RELATING TO TIME SHARING PLANS. Clarifies time share laws relating to signage, disclosure statements relating to prizes and gifts, and sums paid by purchasers or prospective purchasers for tourist activities, products, or services offered to induce attendance at time shares sales presentations. HB 997 HD1 (HSCR959)	RELATING TO TRANSIENT ACCOMMODATIONS TAX. Repeals the TAT trust fund; modifies the ceiling amount of the convention center enterprise special fund; modifies percentage of TAT collections deposited in the tourism special fund; readjusts TAT fund percentages earmarked for certain other purposes.
