SB 77 SD1 (SSCR739)	RELATING TO HIGHWAY SAFETY. Requires motor carriers to obtain a vehicle identification card by filing a form with specified information with the director of transportation; requires motor carrier vehicles to operate with mudguards. (SD1)	TRN, CPC/JUD
SB 609 (SSCR899)	RELATING TO HIGHWAY SAFETY. Increasing the maximum fee for motor vehicle registration.	TRN, FIN
SB 706 SD2 (SSCR708)	RELATING TO INTOXICATING LIQUOR VIOLATIONS INVOLVING MINORS. Requires judges to suspend for 180 days the driver's licenses of licensed drivers under the age of 21 when the drivers have been convicted of illegal possession of liquor and if the defendant does not yet have driver's license, to postpone eligibility until the defendant is 18 years of age or for 90 days, whichever period is longer. Allows a judge the discretion to permit limited driving for those with a suspended license for employment or educational purposes. (SD2)	TRN, JUD
SB 1591 SD2 (SSCR909)	MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE "ROADS IN LIMBO" PROGRAM IN HAWAII COUNTY. Appropriates funds to maintain and repair roads in the "roads in limbo" program in Hawaii county. (SD2)	TRN, FIN
SB 1002 SD2 (SSCR957)	RELATING TO CRUISE SHIPS. Establishes standards for the discharge of graywater, other wastewater, and air emissions from cruise ships and commercial passenger vessels into the marine waters of the State.
