RELATING TO JURISDICTION OF PIER 1 AND PIER 2.

Excludes Pier 1 and Pier 2 from Kakaako community development district. Reverts ownership, jurisdiction, and control over maintenance, operations, and development of Pier 1 and Pier 2 to DOT, including the submerged lands thereunder.

RELATING TO HIGHWAY SAFETY

Provides for the suspension of a commercial driver's license for a positive drug or alcohol test.
