Increases the exclusion of Hawaii National Guard and Reservist pay from taxation over five years at set amounts from $3,000 for tax year 2005 to $5,000 for tax year 2009 and beyond for members of the reserve components of the Army, Navy Air Force, Marine Corps, or Coast Guard of the United States of America, and Hawaii National Guard. |
