SB 713	RELATING TO A BUSINESS-RESEARCH INSTITUTE TAX CREDIT. Proposes a 20% business-research institute tax credit for the development and growth of new technology-intensive businesses.	MAT/BED, WAM
SB 720	RELATING TO CAPITAL INVESTMENTS. Includes insurance premium taxes to the list of taxes for which tax credits may be provided. Authorizes The Hawaii Strategic Development Corporation to borrow funds and transfer credits as necessary to credit purchasers.	MAT/BED, WAM
SB 1695	RELATING TO CAPITAL INVESTMENTS. Authorizes $100,000,000 in tax credits to the Hawaii strategic development corporation for the purposes of Act 215, SLH 2004.	MAT/BED, WAM
SB 1701	RELATING TO TECHNOLOGY AND INNOVATION INDUSTRIES. Appropriates funds for a grant-in-aid to Enterprise Honolulu to conduct a targeted business development project.	MAT/BED, WAM
