Sunsets a professional or vocational board or commission after the Auditor finds it should be abolished as inconsistent with the Hawaii Regulatory Licensing Reform Act, unless the finding is disapproved by concurrent resolution or governor's message. Repeals or exempts the Judiciary from various reporting requirements relating to administratively established accounts or funds, uncollectible delinquent fines and restitution, monitoring programs and services for parental preferences, the Judiciary's computer system, the Spouse and Child Abuse Special Account, the Parent Education Special Fund, outsourcing of services, and statements of goals and policies. Repeals the reporting requirement for activities and expenses of the State Council for Interstate Adult Offender Supervision. (HB1745 HD1) |
