RELATING TO WORKERS' COMPENSATION LAW.

Amends workers' compensation law, including but not limited to mandating further requirements for vocational rehabilitation providers, temporarily limiting the director's rulemaking authority, and specifying procedures for filing of claims. (HB1773 HD1)

RELATING TO EMPLOYMENT PRACTICES.

Prohibits an employer or labor organization from discriminating against an employee who uses accrued and available sick leave in accordance with a valid collective bargaining agreement or valid employment policy. (HB1306 HD1)

RELATING TO LABOR.

Allows a public employer to negotiate over permissive, as distinct from mandatory subjects of collective bargaining. (HB266 HD1)
