RELATING TO NEW CENTURY CHARTER SCHOOLS. Requires the State to provide workers' compensation coverage to new century charter school and new century conversion charter school employees. Clarifies that employees of new century conversion charter schools and new century charter schools shall retain civil service status and all related benefits, including accrual of creditable service under the ERS. |
