RELATING TO UNEMPLOYMENT BENEFITS. Provides that weekly unemployment benefit payments shall not be reduced as a result of the receipt of pension payments under the Social Security Act or Railroad Retirement Act of 1974. |

RELATING TO THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE DEFERRED COMPENSATION PLAN. Increases from 3 to 5 the number of members of the board of trustees of the state deferred compensation plan who must be public employees. Requires that the public employees be elected by the plan members. |
