RELATING TO HAWAIIAN HOMES COMMISSION ACT, 1920, AS AMENDED.

Amends Hawaiian Homes Commission Act, 1920, as amended, to permit private mortgage insurance acceptable to commission. (HB1413 HD1)

RELATING TO PROPERTY RIGHTS.

Makes owner of residential real property immune from liability for damages suffered by a person who trespasses with intent to commit a crime. Makes trespass on the premises of a dwelling a misdemeanor. (HB833 HD1)

RELATING TO ANIMALS.

Provides validation for domestic and pet animal trusts extending beyond the death of the transferor. (HB1453 HD1)
