Repeals State's electronic surveillance statute and conforms the State's electronic surveillance laws to federal laws; regulates oral, electronic, and wire communications surveillance and interception; authorizes interception of communications if the interception might provide evidence of a crime, and sets procedures for surveillance and interception; authorizes emergency surveillance without a prior court order in certain circumstances; makes appropriation to attorney general. |
