RELATING TO PRESCRIPTION DRUGS.

MAKING AN EMERGENCY APPROPRIATION TO THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH FOR THE ADULT MENTAL HEALTH DIVISION.

Authorizes an emergency appropriation for FY 2004-2005 from the general fund to the DOH, and increases the authorized expenditure limit for the mental health and substance abuse special fund expenditure ceiling an additional $2.5 million. (HB683 HD1)
