Requires HCDCH to hold a public hearing in the community, development, or community development plan area in which a proposed housing project is being planned. Increases time for county approval/disapproval of project from 45 to 60 days from submission of plans. (SD3)

RELATING TO THE HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION OF HAWAII.

Proposes housekeeping amendments to laws governing the operations of the Housing and Community Development Corporation of Hawaii. (SD1)

RELATING TO LOW-INTEREST LOANS TO DISASTER VICTIMS.

Appropriates funds to the Kikala-Keokea housing revolving fund. Repeals the Kalapana disaster relief program. (SD2)

When faxing, please indicate to whom the testimony is being submitted, the date and time of the hearing, and the required no. of copies that is needed for submittal.
