Provides criminal penalties for the retail sale of cigarettes or other tobacco products without a valid retail tobacco permit, and for the seizure and for forfeiture of cigarettes and other tobacco products sold, possessed, dept, acquired, distributed, or transported without a valid retail tobacco permit. |
