SB 1213	RELATING TO ADULT RESIDENTIAL CARE HOMES. Changes level of care payments for types I and II adult residential care homes from a maximum of $521.90 and $629.90, respectively, to unspecified amounts. Appropriates funds.	HMS, WAM
SB 1519	RELATING TO FOSTER CARE HOMES. Requires DHS to increase fees paid to foster care home providers by 7%.	HMS, WAM
SB 1849	RELATING TO HUMAN SERVICES. Authorizes a personal needs allowance for eligible care home residents.	HMS, WAM
SB 1214	RELATING TO GENERAL EXCISE TAX. Provides a general excise tax exemption for income received as an adult residential care home operator, a group child care home operator, or a group child care center operator.	HMS, WAM
SB 1021	RELATING TO HUMAN SERVICES. Establishes a three-year service credit exchange pilot project within the executive office on aging. Appropriates funds for training and program operations.	HMS, WAM
SB 1022	RELATING TO HUMAN SERVICES. Requires medical assistance programs, including Medicaid and QUEST, to provide chiropractic services.	HMS, WAM
SB 1033	MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR QUEST AND MEDICAID COVERAGE FOR ALIENS RESIDING IN HAWAII UNDER THE COMPACT OF FREE ASSOCIATION. Appropriates funds for QUEST and medicaid coverage for aged, blind, and disabled Compact of Free Association residing in Hawaii.	HMS, WAM
SB 1750	RELATING TO LEGISLATIVE OVERSIGHT OF TEMPORARY ASSISTANCE FOR NEEDY FAMILIES PROGRAMS AND FUNDING EXPENDITURES. Authorizes senate WAM and house FIN committees as joint legislative oversight committees to oversee and evaluate TANF program implementation and TANF fund expenditures.	HMS, WAM
SB 1235	RELATING TO ELDERLY CARE. Extends the Program for All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) to June 30, 2007.	HMS, WAM
SB 1103	MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO HALE MAHAOLU FOR PERSONAL CARE PROGRAM. Makes a grant-in-aid appropriation to Hale Mahaolu for its personal care program.	HMS, WAM
SB 1202	MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR SENIOR CENTERS. Makes appropriations from emergency budget and reserve fund for senior centers of the Lanakila Multi-Purpose Senior Center, Moiliili Community Center, and Waikiki Community Center.	HMS, WAM
SB 1208	RELATING TO THE AT-HOME INFANT CHILD CARE PROGRAM. Establishes the At-Home Infant Child Care Program for the State.	HMS, WAM
SB 1210	RELATING TO FAMILY CHILD CARE. Repeals the June 30, 2005, sunset date of the family child care home law.	HMS, JHW
