RELATING TO EMPLOYER SUPPORTED CHILD CARE.

Establishes state policy for employer supported child care facilities and services.

Prohibits DHRD from eliminating the social worker class. Restores employees transferred from the social worker class and transfers hired subsequent to the elimination of the social worker class into the appropriate class.

Transfers the office of community services from the department of labor and industrial relations to the department of human services.
