The Informational Briefing will focus on the concerns with leadership of the State Department of Health, Adult Mental Health Division & concerns of various mental health service providers and advocacy groups. The Director of the Department of Health as well as representatives from the Mental Health Association, National Alliance for the Mentally Ill, Hawaii Chapter and other related health agencies, organizations and providers have been invited to present information at this briefing.

Only scheduled presenters will be allowed to speak, however, time permitting, oral testimony will be taken.
