RELATING TO LONG-TERM CARE .Provides a tax credit to resident taxpayers, regardless of adjusted gross income, for long-term care insurance premiums at the lesser of $2,500 or 50 percent of the amount of the insurance premium paid. If the tax credit is claimed, a medical expense deduction for long-term care insurance cost is prohibited. |
