Authorizes the Senate Ways and Means and House Finance committees to serve as a joint legislative oversight committee to oversee and evaluate Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) program implementation, TANF fund expenditures, and Medicaid waiver applications. HB 244 HD1 (HSCR374)	RELATING TO PUBLIC ASSISTANCE. Requires the Department of Human Services to recognize individuals who have not received a decision on their application for public assistance within the time specified in the administrative rules to be presumptively eligible until an eligibility decision is made. Provides exceptions.	HUS, FIN
HB 802 (HSCR284)	RELATING TO INDIVIDUAL DEVELOPMENT ACCOUNT CONTRIBUTION TAX CREDIT. Increases the individual development account contribution tax credit from 50% of the amount contributed to 100% of the amount contributed.	HUS, FIN
HB 59 (HSCR460)	RELATING TO FAMILY CHILD CARE. Repeals the June 30, 2005, sunset date of the family child care home law.	HUS/HLT, FIN
HB 505 HD1 (HSCR626)	RELATING TO ADULT RESIDENTIAL CARE HOMES. Requires DHS to provide an additional payment to ARCH providers for recipients of Federal Supplementary Security Income or public assistance.	HUS/HLT, FIN
HB 146 (HSCR501)	RELATING TO GENERAL EXCISE TAX. Provides a general excise tax exemption for income received from the State as a care home operator, a group child care home operator, or a group child care center operator.	HLT/HUS, FIN
HB 1317 HD1 (HSCR409)	RELATING TO MEDICAID. Prohibits the Department of Human Services from taking any action or expending state resources in any effort to remove prescription drug benefits from managed care plans that provide health care coverage for Medicaid beneficiaries.	HUS/HLT, CPC, FIN
HB 1530 (HSCR245)	RELATING TO THE ISSUANCE OF SPECIAL PURPOSE REVENUE BONDS TO ASSIST PALOLO CHINESE HOME AND ITS SUBSIDIARIES. Authorizes the issuance of special purpose revenue bonds to assist Palolo Chinese Home in financing the capital costs related to the expansion, construction, and rebuilding of its facilities.
