RELATING TO COASTAL ZONE MANAGEMENT.

Clarifies the definition of "shoreline". Prohibits shoreline planting to establish the shoreline and for certification purposes. Authorizes the state land surveyor to rescind a shoreline certification based on a misrepresentation in the application.

Provides an unspecified percentage for a conservation land tax credit, based on land (not exceeding an unspecified value), donated to and accepted by the State that is in a conservation land use district or for a land owner who voluntarily reclassifies residentially zoned land to conservation and initiates the rezoning process, or for amounts invested in management of conservation or watershed land.
