RELATING TO VEHICULAR EMISSIONS. Directs the department of health to develop rules that achieve the maximum feasible reduction of greenhouse gases emitted by passenger vehicles, light-duty trucks, and other types of vehicles as determined by the department. |

RELATING TO VEHICULAR EMISSIONS. Directs the DOH to adopt rules to achieve the maximum feasible reduction of greenhouse gas emissions from noncommercial personal vehicles, provided that the average greenhouse gas emission reduction for new vehicles, starting with 2009 models, shall be at least 22% by 2013 and 30% by 2017. |
