RELATING TO IMPACT FEES.

Creates state educational facilities impact fee trust fund; authorizes the Department of Education to assess and collect impact fees by intergovernmental agreement with a count as fair share contributions by developers for the construction of state public school facilities after the preparation of a needs assessment study.

SB 766	RELATING TO PROFESSIONS AND VOCATIONS LICENSURE RESTORATION. To recognize military service which protects our country and our State by providing less onerous restoration and reinstatement requirements when members of the armed forces, National Guard, and reserves are called to active duty and deployed during a period when their license is subject to renewal.
