RELATING TO STANDARDS FOR NET METERED RENEWABLE ENERGY SYSTEMS. Simplifies requirements for interconnecting net metered renewable energy systems. Requires the PUC, through decision and order or tariff approval, to adopt interconnection standards and requirements for systems above ten kilowatts. Effective July 1, 2099. (SD1) |
