RELATING TO THE COMPLIANCE RESOLUTION FUND.

Provides a formula for determining assessments to be paid by each line of insurance regulated under the Insurance Code and caps these assessments at a total of $2,000,000 per fiscal year. Requires the Auditor to perform an annual financial and management audit of the insurance regulation sub-account of the Compliance Resolution Fund. (HB160 HD2)

RELATING TO MORTGAGE FORECLOSURES.

Adds provisions authorizing time share foreclosure under power of sale to the mortgage foreclosure law. Effective July 1, 2099 (HB785 HD1)

RELATING TO MORTGAGE FORECLOSURES.

Amends the 1998 alternate power of sale foreclosure process by requiring a foreclosing mortgagee or other creditors to provide information on the unpaid balance of moneys owed under a mortgage or lien as of the date of the public sale within three days of an inquiry, capping the public sale purchaser's downpayment to not more than 10 percent of the highest successful bid, clarifying that the new property owner may take possession no sooner than 40 days after the public sale, and extending the time period for filing appeals of foreclosure sales to no later than 60 days after recordation of the affidavit of public sale. Effective July 1, 2099. (HB783 HD2)
