RELATING TO EXEMPTING ROTH INDIVIDUAL RETIREMENT ACCOUNTS FROM ATTACHMENT OR SEIZURE.

Extends the same protection from creditor claims that regular IRA's have to Roth individual retirement accounts. Decreases retirement contributions that may be reached by a bankruptcy debtor's creditors, from those made within three years of the bankruptcy filing or initiation of an action against the debtor, to contributions made within one year of the filing or action.
