RELATING TO HEALTH INSURANCE.

Establishes the circumstances under which insurers, mutual benefit societies, and health maintenance organizations are required to provide employers with employer-sponsored group health claims experience. Establishes what type of information can be requested and provided. (SD1)

RELATING TO HEALTH INSURANCE.

Prohibits inclusion of clause that allows an insurer, mutual benefit society, or HMO broad discretionary authority to set type and scope of medical coverage to be provided in health insurance contracts with employers issued after 12/31/2005. (SD1)

RELATING TO PSEUDOEPHEDRINE.

Requires that any material, compound, mixture, or preparation that contains any quantity of pseudoephedrine be dispensed by a licensed pharmacist. Requires a person to show identification to acquire any such material, and requires a pharmacy to keep a record.
