Makes the kupuna council independent from the State and authorizes any individual regardless of race or ethnic origin to be certified by the kupuna council as a traditional Hawaiian healer. |

When faxing, please indicate to whom the testimony is being submitted, the date and time of the hearing, and the required number of copies needed for submittal.
