SB 625 SD1 (SSCR528)	RELATING TO CABLE TELEVISION ACCESS ORGANIZATIONS. Requires DCCA director to include requirements for public access to meetings and meeting records of PEG access organizations in organization contracts. (SD1)	MAT, CPH
SB 766 SD1 (SSCR266)	RELATING TO PROFESSIONS AND VOCATIONS LICENSURE RESTORATION. Provides less onerous restoration and reinstatement requirements when members of the armed forces, national guard, and reserves are called to active duty and deployed during a period when their license is subject to renewal. SB 711 SD1 (SSCR245)	RELATING TO THE SMALL BUSINESS REGULATORY FLEXIBILITY ACT. Clarifies and amends the Small Business Regulatory Flexibility Act to include a provision establishing when the small business impact statement is to be submitted to the Small Business Regulatory Review Board, and update certain provisions. SB 119	RELATING TO THE CONTINUING EDUCATION OF DESIGN PROFESSIONALS. Requires licensed architects to fulfill a continuing education program for license renewal.	CPH
SB 934	RELATING TO ELECTRICIANS. Prohibits licensed electricians from selling electrical apparatus to non-licensed electricians.	CPH
SB 124	RELATING TO CONTRACTORS. Permits an equivalent bond to be used by a licensed contractor rather than liability insurance.	CPH
SB 1779	RELATING TO LIENS. Extends the deadline for applying for a mechanic's lien where the contractor has forgone the filing of a lien conditioned upon receipt of full payment within 45 days of completion, and the owner fails to pay in full within that time period.	CPH
SB 768	RELATING TO CONTESTS INVOLVING NO RULES COMBAT, EXTREME OR ULTIMATE FIGHTING, AND OTHER SIMILAR COMPETITIONS. Clarifies the ban on "no rules combat" or "extreme or ultimate fighting".	CPH
