MAKING AN EMERGENCY APPROPRIATION FOR WIRELESS ENHANCED 911.

Makes an emergency appropriation ($3,050,000) for the Wireless Enhanced 911 Fund.

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR CONSUMER EDUCATION REGARDING REAL ESTATE LAWS.

Appropriates funds to inform the public of their rights as consumers under the real estate laws, including information regarding complaints and access to the proper authorities.

RELATING TO CONDOMINIUMS AND COOPERATIVE HOUSING CORPORATIONS.

Provides that the co-owner or co-lessor of lands that is not party to any offer to sell a leased fee interest has the right of first refusal to purchase a leased fee interest.

RELATING TO RENTAL MOTOR VEHICLE SURCHARGE TAX.

Repeals the rental motor vehicle surcharge tax of $3 per day levied between September 1, 1999 and August 31, 2007.
