Requires every physician, surgeon, hospital, clinic, etc., that is treating any person involved in a motor vehicle collision and sustaining serious injury or death to report pertinent information to the police and to provide information upon request by the police. |

RELATING TO APPRENTICESHIPS. Amends the standards for apprenticeship agreements to include assurances of qualified training personnel, adequate job supervision, and the requisite licenses. When faxing, please indicate to whom the testimony is being submitted, the date and time of the hearing, and the required number of copies needed for submittal.
