HOUSE RESOLUTION

 

RELATING TO THE CAUCUS LEADERS AND THE COMMITTEE ASSIGNMENTS OF THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE TWENTY-THIRD LEGISLATURE.

 

 

BE IT RESOLVED by the House of Representatives of the Twenty-third Legislature of the State of Hawaii, Regular Session of 2005, that MELE CARROLL, who has been duly appointed and seated as a member of the House of Representatives from the Thirteenth Representative District to fill the vacancy created by the resignation of former Representative Sol P. Kaho'ohalahala, shall be: an Assistant Majority Floor Leader; the Vice Chair of the Hawaiian Affairs Committee; and a member of the Finance Committee, the Energy & Environmental Protection Committee, and the Water, Land, & Ocean Resources Committee; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except as amended by this Resolution, all appointments and committee memberships of the House of Representatives as set forth in H.R. No. 4 adopted by the House of Representatives of the Twenty-third Legislature of the State of Hawaii, Regular Session of 2005, shall remain in full force and effect.
