WHEREAS, Soul of the Sea, the HAWAII KAI CORPORATION's line of ultra-premium, gourmet Hawaiian salts, are made from the world's purest and cleanest ocean water, water that surrounds the island of Molokai which has only a few thousand residents; and

WHEREAS, the salts of Soul of the Sea are solar-dried through a proprietary technology that shields them from all airborne pollutants; and

WHEREAS, these salts contain the full spectrum of healthful trace minerals that naturally occur in ocean water; and

WHEREAS, only the salts of Soul of the Sea come in unique flavors, prized by discriminating gourmets and top executives around the world; and

BE IT RESOLVED by the House of Representatives of the Twenty-third Legislature of the State of Hawaii, Regular Session of 2005, that this body hereby recognizes the noteworthy accomplishments of the HAWAII KAI CORPORATION as evidenced by its Soul of the Sea line of award-winning gourmet salts, and extends its warmest aloha and best wishes for continued success in all future endeavors.
