BE IT RESOLVED by the House of Representatives of the Twenty-third Legislature of the State of Hawaii, Regular Session of 2005, that the Honorable DWIGHT Y. TAKAMINE, Representative from the FIRST DISTRICT, be and he is hereby declared the duly elected Temporary Chair of the House of Representatives of the Twenty-third Legislature.
