RESOLUTION

BE IT RESOLVED by the House of Representatives of the Twenty-third Legislature of the State of Hawaii, Regular Session of 2005, the Senate concurring, that pursuant to Article III, section 10, of the Constitution of the State of Hawaii, the dates of the mandatory recess for the Regular Session of 2005 are hereby determined to be the 24^th, 25^th, and 28^th days of February and the 1^st and 2^nd days of March, 2005, on which dates the Regular Session of 2005 shall be recessed.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that pursuant to Article III, section 10, of the Constitution of the State of Hawaii, the dates of the recesses other than the dates of the mandatory recess, for the Regular Session of 2005 are hereby determined to be the 25^th and 28^th days of January, the 7^th, 9^th, and 29^th days of March, the 11^th, 13^th, and 19^th days of April, and the 2^nd and 4^th days of May, on which dates the Regular Session of 2005 shall be recessed.
