RE: Revision to memorandum on S.R. 147 dated October 24, 2003

Please be advised that this memorandum revises the initial timetable proposed in a memorandum dated October 24, 2003. The first two dates, the release of the draft report on 11/10/03 and the public hearing on 11/24/03 will remain the same. However, the other remaining dates will change as follows:

12/15/03 Decision Making conducted to adopt Final Report.

(This date was postponed from 12/8/03 to 12/15/03).

12/22/03 Final Report disseminated to Senate and interested members of the public. (This date was postponed from 12/17/03 to 12/22/03).
