Report Title: Fines; Drug Treatment
Description: Adds to the offenses for which an offender must pay the drug demand reduction assessment used to fund drug treatment. Amends priority of payment to require payment of restitution, probation fees, and crime victim compensation fees before assessment. Permits court to order offender to treatment and reduce or waive monetary assessment. Places burden on offender to show inability to pay. (HB2252 HD1)
