Report Title: Highway Racing; DUI; Vehicle Forfeiture
Description: Authorizes vehicle forfeiture for street racing offense committed within 5 years of a prior conviction. Clarifies that forfeiture applies to vehicles owned by drivers' parents, where drivers are minors. Authorizes vehicle forfeiture for a repeat offender previously convicted of committing the offense of operating a vehicle under the influence of an intoxicant who is the registered owner of the motor vehicle, and increases community service requirements. (SB85 HD1)
