Measure Title: RELATING TO COUNTIES.
Report Title: Mandatory Deferred Compensation Retirement Plan For County Employees
Description: Allows Honolulu, Maui, Kauai, and Hawaii counties to enter into an agreement with the State to extend the State's mandatory deferred compensation retirement plan to parttime, temporary, and seasonal or casual public employees of the counties. Requires the county to designate a county agency to coordinate the plan. Allows the State to levy fees on the counties to cover costs incurred by the State for county plans. (CD1)
