Measure Title: RELATING TO IMPORTANT AGRICULTURAL LANDS.
Report Title: Important Agricultural Lands; Identification ($)
Description: Establishes the process to identify important agricultural lands (IAL); requires a study to provide incentives; clarifies that the identification of IALs is contingent upon the enactment of incentives; establishes a process to volunteer lands for IAL designation; provides an agricultural infrastructure improvement tax credit; provides for IAL leasehold subdivisions; makes effective on 7/1/2010; and appropriates funds.
