Report Title: Renewable Energy; Renewable Portfolio Standards; PUC Study
Description: Requires electric utilities to meet a renewable portfolio standard of 15 per cent for 2015 and a goal of 20 per cent for 2020. Directs PUC to study the feasibility of implementing a rate structure to encourage the use of renewable energy. Requires DBEDT and DLNR to support and facilitate achievement of the renewable portfolio standards. (SB2474 HD2)
