Measure Title: RELATING TO CAMPAIGN SPENDING.
Report Title: Campaign Spending Reform
Description: Prohibits corporations, labor organizations, and banks from making campaign contributions directly from corporate, labor organization, or bank treasuries; allows the campaign spending commission to communicate directly with the legislature and the governor and to make all personnel decisions without the approval of the department head; requires establishment of separate segregated fund through which employees can make contributions; provides that intentional and knowing violations of the campaign spending law shall be a class C felony.
