Description: Requires public contracts for concessions at state airports to contain force majeure terms to absolve parties from liability for failure to perform due to outside forces. Requires State to award taxicab concession for state airports to a single management company. Takes effect 7/1/2025. Retroactive to January 1, 2002. (SB1478 HD1)
