Description: Supports development of alternative accommodations and educational and cultural tourism industries. Requires the Hawaii Tourism Authority to integrate consideration of these industries into marketing plans and establishes a task force of industry and state and county representatives to survey the industries, develop communication within and between industries, identify needed regulatory and other change, and recommend legislation.
