Measure Title: RELATING TO STATE GOVERNMENT.
Report Title: DCCA; Compliance Resolution Fund
Description: Repeals the compliance resolution fund and redirects fees to the general fund. Requires DCCA to return or discount fees if the fees collected in the prior year is a 110 per cent of the fees collected in the prior year and if the fees drop below 90 per cent, the fees shall be increased to eliminate the shortfalls. (HB2742 HD2)
