Report Title: County land use planning
Description: Requires any housing project developed by the Housing and Community Development Corporation of Hawaii to conform to the general plan of the county in which the project is situated; allows the legislative body of that county 75 days to approve or disapprove such a project; and removes the exemption of such projects from planning and zoning requirements.
