Description: | Amends the net energy metering law by removing the ten kilowatt cap on the size of eligible customer-generator systems; incrementally increases the maximum percentage of the electric utility's system peak demand that the utility must allow to be provided by eligible customer-generators, to one per cent in 2004 and 0.5 per cent incrementally every two years, to a maximum of five per cent in 2020.
