Report Title: Mortgage Brokers and Solicitors; Predatory Lending Prohibited
Description: Prohibits predatory lending practices by mortgage brokers and solicitors with respect to the brokering of high cost home loans and other mortgage loans. Prohibited practices include brokering loans that require default interest rates, excessive balloon payments, financing of credit insurance premiums, and that contain other predatory provisions. (SD1)
