RELATING TO MENTAL HEALTH. Allows the department of health to expand its capacity to obtain verifiable information regarding the criminal history of potential employees and contract providers to both mental health divisions. Requires the Department of Health to establish and operate a community-based mental health system. Bases development upon an annual statewide comprehensive integrated service plan that is the cumulative result of comprehensive integrated service area planning within each county. |

RELATING TO RENEWABLE ENERGY. Requires electric utilities to establish renewable portfolio milestones of 20 per cent for 2015 and 30 per cent for 2020. Directs the PUC to study the feasibility of implementing a rate structure and incentives program to encourage the use of renewable energy. Effective 7/1/2030. (SD3) |
