RELATING TO THE HAWAII HISTORIC PRESERVATION SPECIAL FUND. Authorizes the deposit of penalties, fines, and other administrative charges into the Hawaii Historic Preservation Special Fund. Allows moneys from the fund to be used to pay for permanent and temporary staff positions, and administrative and operational costs for the historic preservation program. (SD1) |
