HB 2741 HD1 (HSCR750-04)	RELATING TO EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENTS. Establishes that deputy directors and special assistant positions of executive departments not specifically authorized by statute are subject to position justification requirements and legislative review. (HB2741 HD1)	WAM

HB 2748 SD 1 Proposed	RELATING TO STATE FINANCES. Converts 4 temporary positions to permanent positions within the business action center. (SD1 Proposed)	WAM
HB 2749 SD 1 Proposed	RELATING TO STATE FUNDS. Contents of SB 1491 inserted into this bill. Bill removes limitation on total amount of interest that may be charged to state agencies that fail to pay debts within thirty days. (SD1 Proposed)	WAM
HB 403 HD1 SD 1 Proposed	RELATING TO THE EMPLOYEES' RETIREMENT SYSTEM. Provides deputy sheriffs and noncontributory class C corrections officers with the ability to retire after 25 years of credited service, regardless of age without reduced benefits. (SD 1 Proposed)	LBR, WAM

When faxing, please indicate to whom the testimony is being submitted, the date and time of the hearing, and the required number of copies needed for submittal.
